Processing and Complexity
Welcome to Chotibut group at NTU in Singapore!
We are a theory group studying information processing and collective phenomena in complex physical systems, from quantum machines and neural networks to multi-agent systems.
We seek foundational principles that explain how complex interactions influence computational capabilities and, in some cases, give rise to emergent collective behaviors that admit simple effective descriptions. Identifying and understanding these principles can guide the design of algorithms that exploit the natural structure and dynamics of physical systems for useful computation.
